Shoutouts 🗣️

  • Caleb: Who caught me slipping in Burgess

Been working from home this week, keeping a low profile because I am really tryna see 100 bands in my account by Q1 😤

Anyways maybe I will shout you out next Gang 👀

Apply for more jobs 📈

If you are struggling to secure interviews right now

It’s because you are not applying for enough jobs.

The job market pre-covid:

  • Apply for 5 to 10 jobs

  • Recruiters harassing you

  • Interviews left, right, centre

Job secured  (with options)

The job market post-covid:

  • Apply for 50+ jobs

  • Reach out to recruiters

  • Attend networking events

More interviews → Job secured

The job market is competitive as f*ck!

You are going up against A LOT of people.

So, sending 5 to 10 applications will not cut it respectfully.

A lot of people will say: Less applications = better quality

How about: More applications + quality = better results

Applying for more jobs increases your probability of getting an offer.

1+1 = more jobs
Put the numbers in
And apply for more jobs

Quick maths 🤷🏾‍♂️
