Read Time: A lot of yap :)

I’m in a good mood today {{ first name | Gang }}, which is surprising considering the fact that I'm operating on less than 4 hours of sleep.

Izzy did her big one with this week’s news because I have a lot to say about the headlines.

Shoutout to Tunu who caught me looking a mess in the gym after an intense workout 😅

Side note: If you secured a job offer through Beyond Education, we want to hear from you. Even if it’s not with one of our employer partners, but we’ve helped in some way, shape, or form through our content, let us know here. It reassures our employer partners to keep creating more job opportunities, plus we want to celebrate YOU Gang! (Potential alumni link-up event 👀)

Announcements: Is Consulting a scam?

The consulting industry feels so cheeky…

Because that’s the only job where you see someone with zero experience advising billion-pound companies on what to do.

Talking about “in my experience this is the approach I think we should take…”

Bruh… You literally just graduated uni the other day 😅

But I don’t even think this is a bad thing, to be honest.

Because unlike other corporate jobs, where you have to go through a bunch of theory.

With consulting, you learn as you do the job, so it’s much more practical and exciting (speaking from personal experience too!)

If that sounds like a career path you’d be interested in…

Then you have 3 days left to apply to IQ-EQ’s internship-to-analyst programme in their investment, compliance and consulting division.
