Trialling a new format where I cut out the yap at the beginning to make the newsletter shorter because Gmail users don’t get the full thing, apparently 🙄
It’s more straight to the point, looks cleaner, and takes less time to pull together, so I’m not even mad tbh.

Victor congratulating me on the Barcs deal. A lot of companies usually offer visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis, but they don’t usually reveal this upfront in the application process. My advice would be to go through the process and only reveal that you require visa sponsorship once you are deep in the recruitment process. That way, you are less likely to be screened out during the application stage. My boy is also hiring a Dev for his startup, so that might be a shout. Might check in with all my Founder friends too!
PS: I’ve been seeing some quality CVs coming through as we are getting close to applications closing, so we love to see it!

My meal prep lady is out of the country, so I’ve been spending an arm and a leg eating out every day. This is my favourite lunch at the moment: chicken katsu curry sandwich (tastes better than it sounds) and it bangs. I call it my expensive meal deal.
