Before we get into who’s hiring…

**A quick rant**

Some of you don’t want to get hired, and it shows.

Sometimes, I look at people’s CVs & Cover Letters and think:
“Nah they must be trolling”

Let’s just be real for a sec:

• If you only have 4-word descriptions in your experience section

• If you use ChatGPT so obviously that you forget to remove the AI responses like…{insert name}

• If you regurgitate the job description word for word, bar for bar on the Cover Letter

• If your CV is a downloaded template from Canva

• If your CV is poorly formatted

You will NOT get through the application stage.

We literally have a library of CVs and Cover Letters that have landed people jobs - word for word, bar for bar.

Plus videos on how to use ChatGPT efficiently to write CVs & Cover Letters.

If your CV and Cover Letter are not formatted to the standard of what is in that library, DO NOT submit your application until it is.
