Why do Men get paid more than Women?
One word: ✨ Audacity ✨
Google definition: Courage to take bold risks
My definition:
Men: *Meets 50% of the criteria* → Apply
Women: *Meets 99% of the criteria* → Doesn’t Apply
There have been real-life studies & research on this.
According to a 2019 LinkedIn report, men apply for 20% more jobs than women despite meeting all the criteria.
I have also witnessed it first-hand with people I mentor.
Guys tend to have high levels of confidence.
While the girls are slightly more conservative.
So today, I am plugging opportunities specifically for the Ladies.
To get your confidence levels all the way up 🔝
