It’s wild out here as we start the year, so my well wishes to anyone affected.

Short and sweet one this week as I ease myself back into the newsletter.

We’ve received a high volume of applications for our recent summer internship with Federated Hermes within 5 days of going live.

This is good & bad.

Good because we have a receptive community hungry for opportunities.

Bad because the quality of applications could be better.
