Employers are conducting fake interviews with diverse candidates.

I wish I was making this up!

A well-known bank has been slapped with a lawsuit.

For interviewing candidates for roles they have already filled.

Just to hit a “diversity interview quota.”

First of all…WTF 🤬

We all know how stressful the job market is right now.
