General Updates
Wake Up! It’s the 1st of the month!
Well 2nd…
But I can’t get that Carti song out of my head.
↳ I need a TikTok detox!
Happy new month and all that good stuff.
January was a stinker for me, but everyone knows the year officially starts in February anyways x
I’ve been receiving a lot of questions about timelines on application feedback.
Let me give you guys an insight into our process.
We’ve had over 450 applications so far.
Although applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
We make sure to look at EVERY single application that comes in before we extend interview invites and provide feedback.
All applications are reviewed by a human.
→No AI
→No Fancy ATS
→No Auto Rejections
So this means we take slightly longer to get back to candidates.
But at least everyone gets a fair chance which stays true to what we stand for at Beyond Education.
Bare with us and we will get back to everyone as soon as possible.
Applications close on Sunday so don’t lack and apply ASAP
Good luck ✌🏾
